MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND ANNUAL DUES

YOUTH MEMBER (under 18)—$15   Will provide toys to entertain animals while awaiting adoption.   
Membership Card; Subscription to HSMC’s Quarterly Publication, Paw Prints; Member’s Only Discount at the HSMC Thrift Store.

SENIOR MEMBER (65 and over)—$15   Will provide five dog feeding dishes.  
Membership Card; Subscription to HSMC’s Quarterly Publication, Paw Prints; Member’s Only Discount at the HSMC Thrift Store.

SINGLE MEMBER—$25   Will feed one cat for a month.

Membership Card; Voting Privilege at the Annual Meeting each February; Opportunity to Attend Monthly Board of Directors’ Meetings; Subscription to HSMC’s Quarterly Publication, Paw Prints; Member’s Only Discount at the HSMC Thrift Store.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP—$50   Will provide medical care and shelter for one dog or cat for one month.
Single Member benefits including a membership card for each and voting privileges for two (2) adults at the Annual Meeting each February and up to four (4) Youth Memberships.

GREAT BUDDY—$125  Will provide a one week supply of litter for cats or heartworm testing for fifteen dogs.  Single Member benefits.

COMPANION—$250    Will provide medical care for fifty dogs or cats.

Single Member benefits.

BEST FRIEND—$500    Will provide medical care for approximately 100 dogs or cats.

Single Member benefits.

SUSTAINING LIFE MEMBER—$1,000    Will provide approximately one day’s operating cost at the Shelter.
