YOUTH MEMBER (under 18)—$15 Will provide toys
to entertain animals while awaiting adoption. |

SENIOR MEMBER (65 and
over)—$15 Will provide five dog feeding
dishes.

SINGLE MEMBER—$25 Will feed one cat for a month. Membership Card; Voting Privilege at the Annual Meeting each February; Opportunity to Attend Monthly Board of Directors’ Meetings; Subscription to HSMC’s Quarterly Publication, Paw Prints; Member’s Only Discount at the HSMC Thrift Store. |

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP—$50 Will provide medical care and shelter for one
dog or cat for one month.

GREAT BUDDY—$125 Will provide a one week supply of litter for cats or heartworm testing for fifteen dogs. Single Member benefits. |

COMPANION—$250 Will provide medical care for fifty dogs or cats. Single Member benefits. |

BEST FRIEND—$500 Will provide medical care for approximately 100 dogs or cats. Single Member benefits. |
